This is Ankara's new, planned, slightly "out of town but not really" side. Wide boulevards, cafes lined up under apartment complexes, and parking that's never actually a problem. People who fled the chaos of the center settled here; the pace is calm and distances get measured in car minutes. It's ideal for a long coffee or an easy dinner — for nightlife, you'll probably need to head back downtown. If you're not in a hurry, the dice land well in Çayyolu.
